Advanced Cutting Solutions uses the latest CNC Waterjet technology that is at the forefront of materials cutting solutions globally. The usages of our CNC cutting systems are not limited to ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys as is a requirement by other processes, but is able to cut organic, ceramics, polymers, glasses, exotics, metals and alloy materials to any design or shape that is desired.
Due to the nature and quality of the CNC Waterjet technology that we use, we are able to cut cross-sections of materials up to 150mm (6in) thick to an accuracy of as low as 0.01mm (0.0005in) with no heat input into the material, which means little to no added machining or heat treating requirements for the materials by our customers, enabling added effective cost savings for material preparation in their operations.
